LG is launching its own art store to combat the growing interest in TV screensavers using well-known paintings and the like.

Called LG Gallery+, the new service takes aim at Samsung's Art Store, allowing you to keep your home display looking fancy and lively with real-world artworks, photographs, and even your own Google Photos.

The storefront will first be made available on LG's 2025 TV lineup, but will roll out to older models as part of LG's ongoing webOS ReNew Program.

LG finally finds its artful footing

Samsung's The Frame first launched back in 2017 and has since corralled a massive following. It blends Art Deco chic with display technology, allowing you to swap out different frames and change art backgrounds, so it looks and feels like you're living in a museum.
