ARGO, Ala. ( WBRC ) - Argo Police have made an arrest in connection to a possible road rage incident that happened on Aug. 23.

The suspect’s name has not yet been released, but authorities say they are charged with two counts of shooting into an occupied vehicle. The investigation remains active and ongoing.

Police say the incident started on Interstate 59 and ended at the Shell station near the 148 mile marker.

According to police, there were reports of shots fired during the incident and one vehicle was struck.

Police say no injuries have been reported.

Investigator Cason Davis said officers responded to the scene and found two bullet holes in the victim’s vehicle.
