A Tupelo man has been arrested in connection with a vehicle burglary reported at the Mall at Barnes Crossing.
According to police, officers responded to 1001 Mall Drive on August 22, after receiving a report of a firearm stolen from a vehicle.
Following an investigation, 18-year-old Lakendrick T. Holleman of Tupelo was arrested on August 25 and charged with two counts of Burglary of a Vehicle.
On August 27, Tupelo Municipal Court Judge Weir ordered Holleman to be held on a $20,000 bond. Police say the charges will be presented to the Lee County Grand Jury.
