SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) - South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley announced that a 60-year-old Sioux Falls man had been arrested on five counts of Possession of Child Pornography and one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

William Michael Tillman was arrested on Tuesday by the South Dakota DCI after an investigation by the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

A field test determined the controlled substance was methamphetamine.

The maximum sentences for the child possession charges are 10 years in prison with a one-year mandatory minimum. The possession of a controlled substance charge carries a maximum sentence of 5 years in prison.
