WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWTI) - A 21-year-old Syracuse man is facing multiple charges after an alleged convenience store fight earlier this week.
The Watertown Police Department arrested Levon Huggins on Tuesday night at Joe's Kwik Mart on Arsenal Street.
Authorities said Huggins allegedly grabbed a teenage girl by the back of the neck, pulled her by her arm and carried her out of the store into his vehicle.
He's also accused of smashing the girls' iPad and taking her phone as she attempted to dial 911.
Police later caught up with Huggins on South Meadow Street after they were notified.
Huggins allegedly fled on foot after being police pulled his vehicle over. He was apprehended a short time later, according to police.
Authorities also discovered that Huggins was allegedly driving a rental
