Listing agent Sherry Borgeson of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England Properties told the Journal the location offers easy access to both Boston and New York, including by helicopter.
The residence includes a recording studio where 50 Cent worked on “The Massacre” in 2005.
The current owners, Casey and Shera Askar, purchased the home from 50 Cent in 2019 for $2.9 million.
