RANKIN, Pa. —

A fatal shooting in Rankin is under investigati0n by Allegheny County homicide detectives.

County police said the shooting was reported at 3:10 p.m. Lt. Venerando Costa said a male victim who had been shot once was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

On Friday, the medical examiner's office identified the victim as 22-year-old Razele Shelton.

"Multiple casings were fired along Oak Way towards Duquesne Street in the 100 block of Oak Way. The victim was struck at least once and fell in the intersection of Oak Way and Duquesne Street," Costa said.
