Two people were found dead at a home in Orange County on Thursday morning, the sheriff's office said.

Deputies responded to a welfare check just after 10 a.m. in the 1200 block of Courtney Chase Circle. That's located southwest of Florida's Turnpike and State Road 417.

Both were pronounced deceased on scene.

A crime scene van and sheriff's office cruisers were outside of the apartment for much of the day Thursday. An alarming scene for some of the people who live there.
