Lack of communication, leaving pets behind added to stress of homeowners who had to leave in the middle of the night
Alyssa Campbell was breastfeeding her six-week-old baby at around midnight on Tuesday when she heard a knock on her door.

“I start to panic,” Campbell, who lives on 1 Street between 46 and 50 Avenue in the southwest community of Manchester, where a truck was found to have contained picric acid, which, when dried, is highly explosive.
The entire neighbourhood was eventually placed under lockdown, which was lifted two days later, on Thursday, after the materials were transported to a safe location, where controlled det
