CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- Residents are urged to avoid the area around the intersection of Carlton Avenue and Carlton Road.

The Charlottesville Police Department says there is a large police presence in the area due to a vehicle pursuit that started in Fluvanna County.
