Man accused of pointing gun at kids at bus stop

Richard Felton, 58, was arrested on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated child abuse. He's accused of threatening a kid who was picking his sister up from the bus stop. Felton was apparently mad that the boy's car was parked in front of his house. However, it was determined that he was parked on a public street, not Felton's property. Show more
