Andrew Cuomo was in East Harlem on Thursday, lighting a candle for 69-year-old Robin Wright, who was shot and killed Wednesday in the crossfire of an unknown dispute.

“We need to take action. We need 5,000 additional police officers,” Cuomo said. “We don’t need to defund the police. We don’t need to disarm the police.”
