The parents of Harper Moyski, the 10-year-old girl who was one of two children killed in the mass shooting at Annunciation Church on Wednesday, have said their daughter was "bright, joyful and deeply loved."

An hour after Fletcher Merkel, 8, was the first child confirmed to have been killed in the shocking attack, Michael Moyski and Jackie Flavin released a statement and a picture confirming the death of their beloved daughter.

"Harper was a bright, joyful, and deeply loved 10-year-old whose laughter, kindness, and spirit touched everyone who knew her," they said, in a statement released via Michael Moyski's employer, C.H. Robinson.
