The fourth and final suspect, who police say is connected to a deadly shooting that occurred at a Westside game room last year, has been arrested.

According to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, Trai’xon Smith, 25, faces charges of Murder and Attempted Murder after detectives learned that he was the man behind the gun on the night that 28-year-old Ronald Matthews was fatally shot at the Dragon Arcade around 2 a.m. on Oct. 3, 2024.

JSO said three others, Quraan Goodman, 25, Petrios Britt, 27, and Cheneta Duffy, 33, are facing felony charges resulting from the incident.

"We will work closely with the State Attorney’s Office to make sure all four suspects face the consequences of their actions and justice is served for Matthews," police said.
