FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — A high-rise student housing development near the University of Arkansas has changed hands in a $90+ million transaction, Talk Business reports.

The Marshall, a seven-story, 226-unit student housing complex located at 777 S Razorback Road in Fayetteville, recently sold for $92 million, equating to approximately $407,079 per unit.

According to Talk Business, the buyer, CPRF 777 S RBRD LLC, is a Delaware-based entity managed by Godfred Mensah and affiliated with DWS, a real estate investment firm owned by Deutsche Bank.

The Marshall has a resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen and two-story fitness center, according to the website. The property also has a co-working study center, multiple study lounges and property-wide high-speed internet.
