ATOKA, Tenn. — The Tipton County Sheriff’s Office says an investigation into reports of drug and vape sales to minors has led to the arrest of an 18-year-old Atoka man and the seizure of drugs and a prohibited firearm accessory.
Deputies Zac Wallace and Alex Padezhki acted on a tip on August 8 and went to Brittany Lane in Atoka, where they found Mason Brown and others inside a home. After obtaining consent to search the residence, deputies discovered more than two ounces of marijuana, THC wax, vapes, and a Glock 9mm pistol equipped with a “switch”—a device that converts a handgun to fire automatically.
Investigators say Brown admitted to selling marijuana, vapes, and tobacco products to minors. • Firearm recovered by deputies (TCSO) • Glock "switch" located (TCSO) • Mason Brown (TC
