In the early morning hours of August 28, Pleasant Hill patrol officers stopped 46-year-old Quinne McKinnon, a resident of Pleasant Hill, for multiple bicycle-related vehicle code violations. During the stop, officers discovered narcotics and arrested McKinnon on suspicion of possession with intent to distribute. Later that morning, at approximately 10:30 a.m., detectives obtained and served a search warrant at McKinnon’s residence in the 1600 block of Saint Lawrence Way. Inside, they reportedly found narcotics, weapons, and additional evidence of criminal activity. McKinnon was booked into county jail. No other arrests were made, and the case will be forwarded to the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office for review.
