KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - One man is behind bars, another remains in the hospital and a teenager is in custody after an armed robbery led to two separate high-speed chases, one of which was nearly fatal.

Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Wednesday, Aug. 27, indicate that Jordan A. Rambo-Mitchell, 24, and Jaylen D. Webb, 22, of Kansas City, have been charged in connection with the incident.

A probable cause statement filed by the Kansas City Police Department revealed that on Tuesday, a victim reported that his 2022 Dodge Challenger had been stolen from the Phillips 66 at 7100 Eastwood Trafficway.
