SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WAND) - Bistro Verde, Lincoln Land Community College's student-run cafe, is set to reopen to the public in September.

The cafe will reopen Tuesday, Sept. 9, and will serve customers from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

From Sept. 9 to Oct. 9, the cafe will be open as Bistro to Go, and will offer soups, salads, sandwiches, baked goods, coffee and drinks.

From Oct. 28 to Nov. 20, the cafe will morph into Bistro Verde, a dine-in restaurant experience, featuring appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, desserts and other chef-inspired dishes.

Bistro Verde is located inside the LLCC's Workforce Careers Center, and the menu, along with ordering and reservation information, is available online .
