E-Space SAS, a French satellite manufacturing company, is moving forward with plans to put its North American headquarters in Arlington.

The city and EDC have been working with E-Space SAS to locate manufacturing operations and its North American headquarters and manufacturing at Arlington's municipal airport since April 2024. The company wants to deploy a network of low Earth orbit satellites to connect internet of things devices — everyday items such as washers and dryers that are connected via sensors and software with the web.
