DERBY, Kan. (KSNW) - Derby football is rebuilding for the new year, looking to return to the state championship game after a semifinal loss in 2024.

The Panthers rolled to an 11-0 start before falling to Manhattan, but this years' roster is much different. They return just three starters on defense and have new faces in many skill positions.

However, the team brings back a veteran offensive line to protect their new starting quarterback, Krystian Dorsey. Head coach Brandon Clark can already see the passion in this group.
