OAKLAND, Calif. —
Seven former students of Oakland's Pacific Boychoir Academy say Grammy award-winning director Kevin Fox sexually harassed and abused them as kids.
The plaintiffs are suing PBA, alleging over a decade of negligence and sexual harassment by Fox. The lawsuit was filed Monday.

Four of the seven plaintiffs used their names in the lawsuit: Zach Salsburg-Frank, Peter Kenton, Gavin Beretvas and Jeremy Davis. The other three are identified as John Doe 1, John Doe 2 and Jane Doe 3.
The four plaintiffs who used their names shared how the abuse has had a lifelong impact on them, saying they now suffer from depression and anxiety.
"It's tainted my entire childhood," said Salsburg-Frank.
