Repeat violations was the name of the game within the past week at a national fast food chain in Columbia.

McDonald's , 1012 Smiley Lane, had five critical and three noncritical violations when it was inspected Aug. 25. One of these was a previous noncritical violation that was elevated to critical due to noncompliance. A few critical violations were corrected during the inspection, but the remaining needed correcting by Aug. 29. The follow-up report was not yet available.
