Amarillo Little Theatre is opening its 98th mainstage season with Disney’s "Frozen," a Broadway musical phenomenon brought to life with sweeping sets, dazzling costumes and a live 11-piece orchestra. The production runs Sept. 4 through Sept. 21 at the Allen Shankles Mainstage.

ALT Artistic Director Jason Crespin, who is directing the show, said beginning the season with "Frozen" is both a bold artistic choice and a community celebration.

“This is the first show of our mainstage season, and we’re pulling out all the stops,” Crespin said. “Anytime the word Disney is part of a show, expectations are high. Our job is not only to meet those expectations, but to give audiences even more than they thought they wanted.”
