EXCLUSIVE: LevelK has secured key deals on animation Checkered Ninja 3 , just days after it recorded the third-largest opening weekend in history at the Danish box office.

The film has sold to Germany, Austria and Switzerland (Splendid Film), France, (Koba Films), Spain and Latin America (Cinemaran), the Middle East (Empire Networks), Portugal (Outsider Films), Greece (Filmtrade), Netherlands (Just4Kids), Bulgaria (Pro Films), Turkey (Siyah Beyaz Movies) and Indonesia (PT Falcon).

Checkered Ninja 3 opened in Denmark last weekend through Nordisk Film, selling almost 200,000 tickets. It is surpassed only by the first two films in the franchise, from 2018 and 2021 – both of which are among the top 10 best-selling Danish films of all time with more than 900,000 tickets sold each.
