LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - As we head into our long Holiday Weekend, we are tracking a continuation of our fall-like feel.
Temps are a bit better to start this Friday AM, with everyone in at least the 50s as folks head out the door. Once the sun gets up in our sky, temps will climb quickly into the upper 70s and low 80s.
A cold front is slowly making its way towards the Commonwealth as it dips farther south - it will bring in a few isolated chances of rain. Pinpoint shower possibilities will pop up in the afternoon for areas south of I-64, but a lot of folks will remain entirely dry. Much of the state will see mainly sunny skies with a few clouds showing up in the afternoon.
