It will feel more like early October out there Friday afternoon. Skies will be mostly to partly sunny, but that sunshine will be mostly ineffective, with highs only reaching the mid-60s.

Skies will remain clear overnight, and it will be very chilly with low temperatures in the 40s. We could even challenge our record low temperature of 40 degrees set in 1986.

High pressure will dominate the region this weekend, leading to mostly sunny skies on both Saturday and Sunday. Temperatures will slowly increase with each passing day, with highs in the low 70s on Saturday and mid 70s on Sunday.
