LINCOLN SQUARE — Lincoln Square’s first cannabis dispensary is now open and stocking a wide selection of products alongside curated goods from local businesses.

Nirvana Dispensary, 2301 W. Lawrence Ave., quietly opened earlier this summer and hosted a grand opening last weekend. It’s been in the works since 2022 and took over the former CorePower Yoga on Lawrence Avenue.

The dispensary seeks to highlight social equity cannabis brands while working to destigmatize the use of cannabis, said Kevin Doss, Nirvana’s lead sales supervisor.

“We definitely want to be part of the community, while giving the best possible experience with the best prices,” Doss said. “And we do offer really competitive pricing on these smaller, social equity cultivators.”
