One nominee in this year’s Emmy race for best supporting actor in a limited series is looking to make history — at a very young age.

15-year-old Owen Cooper became the youngest nominee ever in this category when he earned a nod for playing accused teen Jamie Miller in Netflix’s hit UK crime drama Adolescence . And if he wins, he’ll become the youngest male ever to win an acting Emmy. He looks poised to do it, too, but five more nominees are also vying for the trophy this year, including his co-star Ashley Walters, who played Adolescence detective Luke Bascombe.
