A shelter-in-place order that was in place for four hours overnight in Renfrew, Ont., has been lifted, though a man accused of sexually assaulting a woman Thursday night remains at large, Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) said.
Police said a woman attended a local hospital Thursday and reported she'd been held against her will and sexually assaulted at a motel on Raglan Street N.
The woman said the suspect, who is known to her, had a handgun.

Police later spotted the suspect but he fled onto the Algonquin Trail. Despite a search involving various OPP units including the canine team, police were unable to locate the suspect.
