Buffalo Wild Wings has agreed to pay $47,500 to settle a religious discrimination lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)
This came after a woman claimed that one of the company’s locations in Douglasville, Ga. refused to hire her over her “religious practices,” which required her to wear long skirts
The chain restaurant agreed to regularly report to the EEOC on requests for religious accommodations from job applicants, as well as any “employee complaints of religious discrimination or retaliation"
