WHITESVILLE, Ky. (WEHT) - According to the Daviess County Sheriff's Office (DCSO), an assault case involving a Whitesville woman was allegedly fabricated.

According to the DCSO, the attack never happened and an warrant was obtained for her arrest.

Deputies say the woman involved in the case was arrested this morning.
