Green Day are on tour in South America right now, and on Thursday (August 28th), they posted a TikTok video showing off their fans’ enthusiasm and passion. The caption, though, took some shots at Will Smith : “Don’t need A.I. for our crowds 😜,” it read, referencing Will Smith’s recent fan-focused video that was very likely doctored with AI.

Smith never confirmed or denied the use of AI for his “hype video” this week, but by the looks of it, he was melting quite a few faces and manipulating a lot of… limbs during his recent tour in support of his comeback album Based on a True Story ; Green Day, on the other hand, are playing South America for the first time since November 2017, when they last toured the region during the final leg of their “Revolution Radio Tour.” Check out Green
