SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — The Texas Department of Public Safety has confirmed that a Brady man has died after being involved in a rollover crash in Tuscola on Aug. 26 while attempting to evade law enforcement.

In a fatality crash reported issued by TxDPS on Aug. 29, the agency stated that 29-year-old Jeremy Clarence Morgan of Brady died at 7:21 p.m. on Aug. 26 due to injuries sustained in the crash. Prior to his death, Morgan was transferred from Hendrick Hospital to John Peter Smith Hospital.

According to TxDPS, the collision occurred at 6:21 a.m. on Aug. 26 in Taylor County on United States Highway 83 near the Tuscola city limits.
