Howard Hughes , the development firm behind the Bridgeland master planned community, broke ground on a 51,000-square-foot Memorial Hermann Bridgeland office on July 31, Community Impact confirmed.

Located at 20819 Tuckerton Road, Cypress, the medical building will house emergency services, primary care, pediatrics and sports medicine, per an Aug. 19 news release .

Bridgeland announced the new facility in March, which is expected to drive the development of approximately 1 million square feet of medical space within the master-planned community, according to past Community Impact reporting.
