Meghan Sussex dodged a political question during an appearance on The Circuit with Emily Chang.

Asked about her past comments — including calling Donald Trump “misogynistic and divisive” in 2016 — Meghan was more cautious. “I just make a choice of what matters to me and what’s important to me. And that was a different time in 2016,” she said.

She added: “If there’s anything I wanted to say, I would say it. But that’s not where I’m at right now. I haven’t said anything since 2016 — that was well before I met my husband.”

When pressed on America’s direction, Meghan again avoided specifics: “I think right now it’s an interesting time for the entire world. I just hope that people are able to maintain the values that are important to them and to feel safe. And to remember our humanity
