From car parts to the components of eyewear, President Donald Trump’s tariff efforts will have impacts on the economy on all levels — including in Johnson County.
And while local businesses are divided on what they think about the tariffs, two-thirds of them are at least “somewhat” concerned about how the tariffs will affect their companies, according to a recent survey from Aspire Johnson County, the county’s chamber of commerce and economic development organization.
