Jude Franco threw three touchdown passes in Morristown-Beard’s 48-6 road season-opener against Ferris.

Brady Morais hauled in two scoring strikes from Franco while Jake Kahm caught a 30-yard touchdown pass in the first quarter.

Oscar Speranza ran in two touchdowns, one of which was a 69-yarder in the second. Nick Anderson ran back a pick-six in the second. Nathan Kahm added on six more points for the Crimson Knights (1-0) by throwing a short passing touchdown to Callen Levasseur in the fourth.

The Bulldogs’ (0-1) sole touchdown came off a 10-yard run by Lucas Rivera in the third quarter.
