A driver and two occupants were arrested after trying to evade police in a vehicle marked as stolen. Officers in the Livonia Police Department deployed a deployed a superhero-esque gadget called the "The Grappler," which latched onto the stolen vehicle's rear tire and axle to bring it to a stop. The driver attempted to break loose from "The Grappler" and ended up ripping off his entire rear axle.
