The Dallas Cowboys shocked the NFL world on Thursday after finalizing a trade to send Micah Parsons to the Green Bay Packers. Dallas received two first-round picks and veteran defensive tackle Kenny Clark in the deal. On Friday, after arriving at the facilities, Clark shared a reassuring message about the trade.
While talking with media members, the 29-year-old defensive lineman claims that owner and general manager Jerry Jones called him ahead of time and told Clark that he would be completely informed of what's going on before the trade was announced to the public, according to Insider Ed Werder. Jones apparently didn't want Kenny Clark to feel out of the loop during trade discussions.
