ST. LOUIS - Authorities are investigating a deadly crash Friday afternoon near the Delmar Loop.

The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department responded to the crash around 11 a.m. Friday near Skinker Boulevard and Enright Avenue.

One man died, and another person is critically injured after the crash, according to SLMPD.

Skinker Boulevard was closed south of Delmar in both directions for a brief time Friday as crews worked to investigate.
