Michigan's Labor Day weekend weather may be cooler than we'd like for the unofficial end of summer, but it will be sunny and clear.
"High pressure will support dry conditions through the weekend. Cool temperatures will prevail today into Saturday before a gradual warming trend takes hold into Labor day ," the National Weather Service in Detroit said on X.
Statewide weekend highs, Aug. 30 through Sept. 1, are expected to range in the upper 60s to upper 70s, with the warmest temperatures hitting 79-81 degrees in mid-Michigan.
