CHARLESTON, S.C. — Remember Collins Moe? Sure you do. He was the guy sent to Fargo a few years ago as punishment for losing his fantasy football league. Funny thing happened on the way to purgatory, though. North Dakota State fans learned of his plight, embraced him, and by the time Collins left town he'd been tagged as the "King of Fargo" by your favorite columnist.
