Queen Latifah made a rare appearance with her young son, Rebel.

On Aug. 25, the pair stepped out in Brooklyn, New York, to see the Connecticut Sun take on the New York Liberty at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

On the court, Queen Latifah and her kid were seen posing for pictures next to players, including Olivia Nelson-Ododa, Aaliyah Edwards and Bria Hartley from the Connecticut Sun.

They were also seen taking a picture with New York Liberty player Jonquel Jones.

For the special outing, Rebel wore an aqua and black colored jersey with a pair of cargo pants and Laitfah donned what appeared to be a silk shirt with some blue
