A Center Point man who was taken into custody Thursday after turning himself in at the Linn County Sheriff’s Office was wanted after police say he broke into his ex-girlfriend’s dad’s house Wednesday and stabbed his ex-girlfriend’s new boyfriend.

Riley Young, 30, is charged with first-degree burglary, willful injury resulting in bodily injury, and two counts of fifth-degree criminal mischief.
