Shamrock Rovers star Jack Byrne poised for loan move to Dubai Irish FC

Jack Byrne is relocating to the United Arab Emirates until Christmas, with the Shamrock Rovers playmaker travelling to the Middle East to complete a loan deal with Dubai Irish FC.

The out-of-favour Byrne will play no part in the remainder of Rovers' Conference League campaign and a decision on his future will be made when he returns from a short stint with a team that plays in the UAE's third division.
