Three people charged in abduction, robbery case spanning multiple jurisdictions

ORANGE COUNTY, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- Three people are facing multiple charges in connection with an abduction and armed robbery that occurred on Wednesday.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office reports the incident began as an abduction in Culpeper, during which an adult woman leaving the Walmart on James Madison Highway was approached in the parking lot.
