ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. —

The New Mexico State Fair is allowing New Mexicans to attend the fair this year at a discounted price.

The fair, which is held annually in Albuquerque, creates an entertaining, inspiring, and educational intergenerational experience to highlight New Mexico's vibrant and diverse culture.

This year, the fair is giving fairgoers the chance to purchase tickets for only $4 throughout Labor Day weekend.

"Keeping the fair accessible to everyone is a top priority, and this is an unbelievable opportunity to experience all the food, fun, and entertainment for a great price," says Dan Mourning, general manager of the New Mexico state fair.

The sale will last from Saturday, Aug. 3,0 through Monday, Sept. 1.

The fair will take place for over 11 days from Sept. 4 to Sept. 14. T
