PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - A 63-year-old woman suffering from “numerous illnesses” has been missing from a Portland residential facility for a week, and on Friday, police asked the community to help look for her.

According to the Portland Police Bureau, Doris Strunk was last seen on the evening of Aug. 21. Police said she was at the facility and armed with a machete. Staff confiscated the weapon, and Strunk left.

She has not been seen since.

Detectives said they are concerned about Strunk because she is suffering from numerous illnesses and hasn’t had her medication for a week.

Doris Strunk:

A white woman with brown eyes and long gray hair.

About 5 feet, 3 inches tall and 100 pounds.

Last seen wearing a black windbreaker with pink trim.

She is known to frequent the area of Northeast Ha
