Police bodycam footage shows the moment officers arrested a man in a Chuck E. Cheese costume in Tallahassee, Fla., for suspected credit card fraud. Jermel Jones was working as the mascot in the popular children’s pizza restaurant when officers approached and told customers trying to get a picture with the giant mouse that “Chuck E. is busy right now,” before placing him in handcuffs and taking him outside.
